Privacy Policy
AI3DGenerator is operated by Dreamspark AI LLC. This policy explains what the product collects, why it is needed, and how user files are handled across the web app, worker, storage, and billing services.
1. Data we process
We process account details supplied through Supabase Auth, task inputs, model selections, usage and credit events, support messages, billing identifiers, and operational logs needed to keep the service secure.
2. Files and generation inputs
Browser-only viewer and conversion features do not upload files unless you choose a server-side action. Generation and server conversion inputs are uploaded to private storage only after the task is submitted. Generated assets are private by default and receive a retention deadline shown in the product when configured.
3. Service providers
Supabase provides identity, database, and processing-task coordination. Cloudflare R2 stores private assets. Stripe processes subscription payments. WaveSpeedAI receives the minimum input needed for an enabled model task. These services are accessed through server-side credentials.
4. Security and retention
We use row-level authorization, signed expiring URLs, server-side credit accounting, webhook verification, authenticated generation synchronization, and lease-fenced native processing. No security measure is absolute. We retain records only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, abuse prevention, and billing reconciliation.
5. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained for fraud, payment, tax, or legal reasons.
